Hollandaise Sauce

In blender jar combine 2 egg yolks and 3 tbsp lemon juice. Cover and whirl at high speed until blended. Continue to blend, remove cover and slowly add 1/2 cup melted butter and a dash of salt. Pour into serving dish and serve lukewarm. If made ahead, place dish in warm, not hot, water and stir occasionally to warm. Makes about 3/4 cup.
